2. Ordering

You can send an order by putting items in the cart or by writing on WhatsApp. An order is valid once the seller confirms it by WhatsApp or phone. Prices of add-ons and delivery that are not shown on the website are agreed at confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

4. Pickup and delivery

Items can be picked up in Spilve or delivered to a parcel locker (Omniva or DPD). The time is agreed when the order is confirmed.

5. About the products

All wreaths and bouquets are made by hand from natural materials, so each one differs slightly from the photo.

6. Right of withdrawal

Wreaths and bouquets are made of natural plants that perish quickly and are made to the buyer's choice, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to them. If an item arrives damaged, please contact the seller on the day you receive it and we will agree on a solution.

7. Disputes

We settle disputes by talking. If we cannot agree, the buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (www.ptac.gov.lv).
